As a chemist I have been interested in health and nutrition for many years. I learned about being gluten free after being diagnosed with Celiac disease 20 years ago. I learned about osteoporosis after being diagnosed with low bone density after menopause. I learned about yoga after throwing my back out and getting back surgery. I learned about heart health after getting heart palpitations and mitral valve prolapse. I learned about kidney stones after gaining a nice big stone two days after delivering my first child.
Why do we as humans have to experience bad things in order to learn the good things? I use my chemistry background and personal knowledge of nutrition to make complex science into easy to understand ideas.

One more thing! Printing Center USA is the best place to get your printing needs done. I have used them several times to create family history booklets. Go here for more info- https://www.printingcenterusa.com/printing/book-printing
